The Billionaires For Black Girls Set is a groundbreaking initiative that provides financial, mentorship, and educational support to young black women aspiring to become leaders in business and technology.
The program was founded by businesswoman and philanthropist Monique Woodard in 2020. Woodard was inspired to start the program after seeing the lack of representation of black women in leadership positions in corporate America.
The Billionaires For Black Girls Set is designed to help young black women overcome the barriers they face in pursuing their dreams. The program provides financial support in the form of scholarships and grants, as well as mentorship and educational opportunities.
The program has already had a significant impact on the lives of the young women who have participated. One participant, a high school student from Chicago, said that the program has helped her to develop her leadership skills and to believe in herself.
Another participant, a college student from Atlanta, said that the program has helped her to connect with other black women who are also passionate about making a difference in the world.
