We Can Negotiate Too (WCNTT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through negotiation skills. Founded in 2016, WCNTT provides training, workshops, and resources to help women and girls develop the skills they need to negotiate for themselves and others.

Our Mission

WCNTT's mission is to empower women and girls to achieve their full potential by providing them with the skills and confidence to negotiate effectively.

We believe that all women and girls should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. However, we know that women and girls often face barriers to success, including a lack of access to education, resources, and opportunities.

Negotiation skills are essential for women and girls to overcome these barriers and achieve their goals. By learning how to negotiate, women and girls can unlock new opportunities, increase their earning potential, and improve their lives.

Our Programs

WCNTT offers a variety of programs and resources to help women and girls develop their negotiation skills. Our programs include:

• Negotiation training workshops: These workshops are designed to teach women and girls the basics of negotiation, including how to prepare for a negotiation, how to communicate effectively, and how to reach an agreement.
